MB WAY

The MB WAY is the first inter-bank solution that allows you to make immediate transfers and purchases. The service has now integrated MB NET, becoming even more complete and the favourite to be used daily, whether at online merchants, physical stores or to make immediate transfers.

This app is SIBS' unique official app to use MB NET and MB WAY services.

Using a MB NET virtual card is the most convenient and secure way to make online purchases at merchants accepting American Express, MasterCard and Visa payments, since the buyer's card real data is never disclosed. You can also pay at Merchants that accept MB WAY using only your mobile number (see which at: www.mbway.pt/comerciantes-aderentes).

To start using MB WAY you just have to:

1. Join the service at any ATM or home banking, associating the cards you want (credit or debit), to your mobile number and setting your MB WAY PIN (six digits).

2. Download the MB WAY application available for your smartphone, tablet, or PC and activate the service.

To use MB NET through MB WAY:

1. Just access the app on your smartphone or tablet and select the ‘Cards' menu, choosing the 'Generate card' option.

2. Then, you must select the type of virtual card you want, ‘One-stop shopping' or ‘Merchant' and set the maximum value.

3. To end the operation, simply enter your PIN in the MB WAY app and you can now finish your online purchase with MB NET.

That's it! Simple, Easy and Fast.
